Billy's Bar is a great oasis in the middle of the hustle & bustle of a busy suburban street known as Canyon Rd. First of all, the bar doesn't look anything like its predecessor. Billy has gone to great lengths to give this place a look and feel of a real Classy European Bar, complete with a Mahogany facade straight out of the old Hoyt Hotel in old town Portland. There are plenty of tables and seating at the bar. A spacious back room hosts live bands on the weekends, and there is generous outdoor seating. Live music and barbecue can be found throughout the Summer on the patio. The bar hosts a Pub Quiz every Tuesday. Bring along a friend who is on the level about music trends, past and present, and youre in for an extended treat. The food at Billy's Bar is of the highest quality. All the food is made fresh and to order with the all the best ingredients. Some of the standouts on his menu are the Kobe Beef Burger with its subtle flavors accented by fresh veggies and big chunks of red potatoes. The Veggie Panini is another great choice, with flavors from mayo and Sun Dried Tomatoes blending nicely. Happy hour is a great time to sample some of the bars great cuisine and specialty drinks at a discounted price. Foods include Artichoke Jalapeno Dip, Mini Pork Sliders,Teriyaki Wings and Garlic Mushrooms with Crostini.
