This review is long overdue. I don't use yellow pages often, but they are a great gym. The staff is very friendly to their customers. Do not come during the prime time hours or else you will be sorry as it can get fairly busy here.

Very good gym. I've been going here for 3 years now.

This facility is not nearly big enough to handle the volume of members. Unless you workout between 10pm-11am you will always have issues of not enough equipment available to have a consistant routine. They don't promote gym etiquette here. Most members often use equipment without a towel and leave their nasty sweat all over the equipment without cleaning up after themselves. The staff here, specifically the male staff have all turned into a-holes compared to when I first joined this 24hr. The staff here act like they are above everyone or something unless you are paying them money to train you. The only reason I work out here is it's the closest to where I live. I would avoid this 24hr if you have one closer you can go to.
