Since 2007, Coca's Foot Fix continues to provide compassionate reflexology and massage therapy. I am able to understand what the feet are telling me. Both feet don't read the same way. Each one tells a different story about the body and about how to improve the body's condition. I was raised doing reflexology I just didn't know it. Growing up, I spent a lot of time with my grandmother and great-grandmother. Sometimes, at the end of the day, one of them would instruct me on where to press on their feet, how much pressure, and how long to hold it to give the pain relief they needed. They both learned their techniques from their mothers and grandmothers. I quickly became the official foot-fixer at all family gatherings. I found out later that you could be formally trained and learn the science of it. In 2005, when I was studying to be an aesthetician, one of the massage techniques I learned was reflexology. Low and behold I realized that I had been a reflexologist all along. So I decided to study reflexology, do the research, and better understand its techniques and overall value.
