Service Advisor Dan doesn't know how to tell the truth. I had repair made on my truck, and when it was done, the new part still didn't work. He said they then needed to do a diagnostic for more $$. This should have been done first so I took it somewhere else where the repair I had already paid for was done correctly. Now they won't give me my money back for a bad part, and are lying about telling me to do a diagnostic first, when they didn't. He even said he told me over the phone when I called them, but I have Never called them. I prefer to do business in person.

What a sad way to do business.

took my Honda here on 06/21/09. Had a nail in my tire, needed it removed and the tire repaired. They were Firestone tires. I was told the tire could not be repaired as it was in an area that the tire "flexed". Said I needed a new tire for $104. Was also told I should replace both tires on that axel (another $104), as my tire were at 50% tread use. They said they would make me a deal if I wanted to replace all 4 tires (total $400). They actualy wanted to sell me 4 new tires instead of fixing a flat. I took my car the Les Schwab the next day, they fixed the tire for free, said I should think about coming to them for new tires when I need them in a couple of years.

I went in on my lunch hour for a routine oil change. 2 hours later, I finally get my car back. Driving home, my car starts to smoke. Apparently they left the radiator cap off, not to mention caused additional damage as well. Shortly thereafter, it required a new starter. Ever since the oil change, my car has rumbled loudly, and as a result of Firestone's incompetence, they blew two cylinders as well. Never take your car here.

Although Firestone has some catching up to do with Les Schawb, this is a good store. If you can make it in close to opening on Saturday they will get what you need done pretty quickly.
