So let me just say at first I was incredibly pleased, I was given a seat right away, and a beverage. I loved how it looked, and it was very nice. I went to get a pedicure, and even thought it was hard to communicate with the lady, I ended up getting what I wanted. The first thing I noticed, was they were very forceful with payment, which I guess may be understandable. But then I noticed that the next day my big toe hurt, and I thought they just might have dug a little deep, and to hard. But then it became red, and is now infected. So tomorrow I have to take care of it, which I was told would be incredibly painful. And it isn't even that good of a paint job. I'm sorry to say this, but I will never be going back.

Where do I start...I read all of the positive reviews on this salon and thought "yay ive found my salon and close to home ..Im so sad that it didn't turn out that way. Being disabled, Ihoped for a parking space close by,but the parking lot was crammed with cars, I had to walk across the lot on canes. once inside the salon I found the staff to be friendly, somewhat impersonal. The tech that did my nails never told me her name,so I have no idea who she was. I wasn't offered a drink until half way through my manicure. The thing that makes me not want to return is the table set up.. No individual stations, but two long tables, where the customers sit on the outside and the techs sit on the inside. The table top is such that there is no room to put your legs under the table,no way to stretch out a little ,you bang your knees on the table. Its very uncomfortable, very impersonal, and it made it possible for customers to see the clutter and mess under the opposite table. I wish this was a better review but I won't be going back. Perhaps time to rethink the station design.

I have had nails done by the owner Jenny for around 8 years now, my pedi's by Ann. I will not go any where else. Moved with her when she opened this new salon. Employees are always friendly, smiling and do a great job. Beautiful inside - if you go in to have your pedi and nails done, then you can sit in the most awesome massage chair, so you get a massage too! Try this business and you won't ever go any where else - tell your friends!
