Even after 9 months I am still disgusted by my experience with The Sunset Group. The move-out process was frustrating and we were charged for quite a few issues that were not the responsibility of any tenant.

Communication was less than desirable and I had to be persistent with email and phone calls to receive a response. It seems as though some of my emails were 'never received'.

It is such a shame to have such a negative experience in such a wonderful town.

This is the worst rental company. They take forever for repairs, forever to return the security deposit. I will warn everyone against them.

We wanted to purchase some local real estate and have had an excellent experience with Sunset Group on our side. They've done so much for us and we appreciate everything. We are recommending them to friends and family too.

They've done an outstanding job with selling our house. The process went smoothly and we are very happy!

Our manager Lisa has been far beyond awesome! She is very thoughtful and caring and it shows in her work and the management skills that she provides for us!

The last 2 transactions, 2 sales, were done with the expert assistance of Sunset Group Realtors. They were very professional and thorough. The place is well run by a good group of people and that is why I used them again. I was not disappointed.

We have been here just about a year and in that time have only called once for a repair. We called them about out water heater on a Tuesday morning and had it repaired by Wednesday night. I thought that was fast enough and I have had no reason to complain.

We're very happy with the help that sunset management provided for us. They helped is to find the exact home that we wanted in just the right neighborhood for us. We love our new home and our new neighborhood and owe it all to the great folks at sunset management.

I have been a tenant with The Sunset Group for about 10 months and have had no major problems. The few minor problems were addressed in a day or so. I am looking forward to renewing my lease and pleased with the managers that I will be staying with.
