Freshness I have found in the Portland area.

The owner is very nice and sometimes gives me a discount on my bill when I am paying because I come in so much. They will make ANYTHING you want if they have it, just the way you want it. They will make any roll tempura style (DELICIOUS) if you ask and the quality of their sashimi is great considering their low prices. I highly recommend Sushi Zen. BONUS: If you dont feel like going out you can get them delivered to your front door by calling DELIVERED DISH.

We have tried sushi at many places, no one even comes close to the freshness & taste of Sushi Zen. Highly recommend their lobster & salmon rolls. You WON'T be disappointed! Can't wait to go back!
