Provided by SuperpagesWow... My hard wood floors look amazing!! When we first bought our home we accidentally found old growth wood floors. Thinking that they were unrepairable planned on getting carpet. A great friend of ours recommended Bill Chamberlin (The Floor Doctor) to come and look at the floors before we ripped out the wood flooring. We called Bill and he come to our home looked around and with confidence, told us he cold make these floors look amazing..... He was right, My floors look amazing!! I'm so very happy with the work, price and professionalism we got from The Floor Doctor Thank you Thank you Thank you! I happily recommend Bill Chamberlin to anyone seeking great high-end wood flooring. J Davis

Bill was great. On time for both the free estimate and then when he came to do the work. The proof was in his work. He made the floor look like new. If you can imagine a hard wood floor in a kitchen and how much wear and water. It look perfect when he was done and at a very reasonable rate. I would use him again if I had other floors that needed help.

Bill Chamberlain helped to repair damaged flooring and installed a beautiful custom Brazilian Cherry threshold. He is professional, skilled, and affordable. I highly recommend him!

Do not hire this business to do any work for you! The two "helpers" that showed up did such a poor job that I will have to remove almost 200 sq. ft. of 3/4 inch lap jointed white oak, discard, and replace with new flooring. They charged me $970 dollars , I will lose over $1500 in materials alone-plus labor to remove $500+ dollars and re-install probably another $900+ dollars. In the end about $3000 dollars for a bedroom and closet! Too problems Distribution looks pathetic to EVERYONE who has seen it. One contractor said "I wouldn't have handed them a check for this".His response "Oh you didn't say you wanted a good job, you just said you wanted us to finish the job!" My wife was appalled. He then stated "If the floor looked so bad it wouldn't have taken 48 hours to tell me, so it couldn't be all that bad" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Thats his excuse for a poor job?! Being professional MEANS doing a good job even when no one is looking.
