I was at your Paoli, Pa store on Sunday Feb 27, to purchase Neutrogea face lotion. The advertisement in the paper was Buy 1 Get 1 50% off. On the shelf there was no indication of the sale, I asked a girl who was pregnant if they were on sale, she told me it was Make Up only, so I purchased only 1, After I checked out, there was a flyer at the counter, I asked the check out girl if it was all Neutrogena products, she said yes, but I would have to get the manager to give me a refund and re-buy it. In the meantime I told the same girl that they were on sale, her comment was I am the only one here to change the signs and I am doing it the best I can. I went to the manager to get my refund and told him the gir'sl comment, and he commented to me OH she is pregnant, I told him I didn't think the store was very customer oriented and I would not be back. He acted like he really didn't care. He had a name tag on Kevin. I hope all your stores are not like the one in Paoli. Thank you.
