Totally disagree with the poor rating shown here. This auction staff is the most professional I have ever encountered. Always helpful and informative. No issues with their bidding platform or their integrity. Always provide full disclosure. If you don't hire them, you are making a mistake.

Terribly unprofessional. First, their bidding system doesn't work, your bid gets raised even when there's no competing bid. Jarrod Hines doesn't have a clue, goes in and deletes bids. Won't show the bids to prove the price. Doesn't follow up when he said he'd get info and call back. Leaves a balance due on the receipt, can't even get the receipt correct. This is the absolute worst auction people I've ever dealt with, made a complete mess of an auction, can't unravel the mess, can't write a professional receipt, won't follow through.
