Avoid this place like the plague! I contacted this dealership on the morning of 5/18/13 and spoke to Randy Brooks about a 2013 Kawasaki Teryx 750. After confirming that he had one in-stock, we agreed upon a price and I told him that I lived a long ways away from them and that I didn't want to waste a trip there without having everything ironed out. After an hour and a half of driving all the way to Beckley, Mr. Brooks informs me that he "misunderstood" me and that he quoted me a price on the 2013 Brute Force and that the Teryx was going to be $1200 more than what he quoted me on the phone. They would not honor the quote they gave me originally, so I bought one at another dealership that bent over backwards to help me out and even gave me a winch installed. Buyer beware! This dealership is shady. Take your business elsewhere because they don't deserve your hard-earned money.
