We have booked many cruises through Cappy's Travel, always purchasing travel insurance. Our last cruise had to be canceled for a health emergency but we felt confident that our insurance would help cover expenses. Little did we know that Cappy Devlin overlooked our request to purchase insurance. She admits to having made a mistake but refuses to do anything about it. We have lost over $11,000 and Cappy is "missing in action!"
