We contacted the twinsburg office. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My son had a flat tire on 271 and I called for a tow, but they changed the tire for him! Told us wait time was about 90 minutes but they arrived in 30. Very reasonable prices.
Would definitely recommend. Thank you for your wonderful service!

The staff in the Norwalk, OH Office is first rate. They are very polite and professional.
I was involved in a hydroplaning incident that put me into a retaining wall with my rear end sticking out into the travel lane in the wee hours of the morning 3/7/17. The tow truck arrived within 5-10 minutes of calling 911 and had me off the road soon thereafter.
They were gracious hosts and allowed me to use their waiting room while I arranged things with my insurance company and waited for the car rental place to come and pick me up.

In my own personal experience they have a rule where they ask u too call 30 mins in advance and even if you do so u will still end up waiting 2 or more hours their main office is out of Macedonia so if they tow your car to the lot over in Bedford be prepared to wait cause no one is ever in the office. They have horrible customer service and never will I use their services.
