If you are thinking about doing business at Aarons in Bedford In. here's a customer experience to take into account. My fiance got a rent to own television from them at $20 per month. A few days before a payment was due her grandfather was hospitalized with heart problems and she rushed to be there for him. Even with the situation she still had enough respect to call them and let them know when she would be back and made arrangements for payment. An aarons employee told her that would be fine but the next day they sent a driver out to the house and told me (her fiance) that they were picking up the TV and they would not accept a payment it had to be returned. Our twin baby boys were asleep in the bedroom where the tv was so i told them that i would rather wait for another time for pickup so the tv was not carried over the boys in their swings but I was told that if the TV was not returned within 3 days the police would be notified. At that time the payment was only about a week late and she had given notice. They were very unprofessional and inconsiderate and I give them a rating of zero stars. Very unsatisfied
