We just got at&t home phone and internet about two years ago, we kept using our verizon phones to call them because the home phone keeps going out, the lines are messed up, and there own workers said that there is something wrong with them, now they have been out for a week straight and we called them the first night it went out, they saiod they would have someone come out here by 8 tonight, now we called the person to make sure he was still coming, it is going to be ANOTHER WEEK before they can get out here to help. We finally got ahold of a live person, after over an hour of trying to get ahold of someone, and SHE PUT US BACK ON HOLD THEN THE OPERATOR CAME BACK ON AGAIN AT&T PHONE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THE LINES ARE OUT AND THEY KEEP AVOIDING US TO COME DOWN HERE TO FIX IT!
