Sometime back we hired Michael's to put a motor in our, Jeep. And, it was great never any problems!! Thank you for That! !! But,
Today We Are Blown Away,! Bc recently my husband's truck needed the 4×4 transmission replaced., and So I prompted him to return to Michaels !! Bc of our really great experience with this shop In the past!! So we made the appointment for the trans.and etc. So we purchase the transmission and pay for the work we get the truck ,And he didn't even get around the next block !! before he realized something is Wrong with the transmission! And, So we contact Michaels and we return the truck and they check it out....and in fact there is something wrong with the transmission ! so he gets another one and Now That's going to COST US MORE?! an extra $600 after the $5,000+ thAT THE transmission HAS COST US now... So the works done again and Quick and effectivly as Always!
But Wait There Is Something Wrong with this 2nd. Transmission!!!?? Not but months later!! My husband continuing to call and say :
Something is Wrong with the second transmission! It's Not Really Bad!
And I Guess could come out of it...BUT now ITS WORSE YET!! And my husband's being told: BTW- LKQ is a complete nightmare to get the warranty anyting are these Transmissions. I so regret telling my Husband to go back to milled bc Now it Seems we are Screwed out of over6 thousand dollars But ALSO MY HUSBANDS WORKTRUCK,THATWE DEPEND ON BC because Michael's never said do you want an LKQ transmission or do you want a Jasper transmission they just ordered one so we didn't have a choice in it and this guy knew cuz he told my husband afterwards the LKQ was known for their TranTrash why would you say that to my husband COST us $6k why would you know that * is junk and order it anywayyou could havrorderedJasper afterwords you told him you knothere junk Transmissions to my husbandYOU Ordered it he could have got a Jasper You should be fighting with LKQ please fix it so I don't Contact the BBB+
