Provided by YP.comjust turned 40 years old. After not having dental insurance for 8 years, I finally got it and knew I needed work and my first stop was Aspen Dental in Bedford NH. After about a 10 minute evaluation, I asked the dentist my different options & courses of action. He told me there was only ONE course of action to take and that was getting full dentures upper & lower & the cost was close to $9000. He then said this would save me money as well (???) He had absolutely NO compassion & I could see the dollar signs in his eyes. I was in shock & distraught at this diagnosis as my teeth weren't THAT bad. He told I have periodontal disease and would lose all my teeth within a couple years so this was best. I did NOT accept this and started seeking out other options. I went to a periodontist who was very compassionate & honest. My teeth needed a LOT of work but he was confident that with work & upkeep, I could keep the majority of my teeth. Well, about a year later now, I am about to go to my final dental appointment. I had 7 total teeth extracted (plus the 4 wisdom teeth already out) So I still have 21 of my 32 teeth and the upper & lower partials will contain a total of 7 fake teeth and the total cost over the last year was about $5500-$6000-Had I listened to the dentist at Aspen, I would be so screwed right now. I suggest you look at other options or at least go somewhere other than Aspen Dental. When I initially received this diagnosis by the Aspen dentist I was so distraught and started doing a lot of research online. I discovered that these so called 'dentists' at Aspen work on a base salary PLUS commission (bonus) No WONDER he suggested the $9000 full dentures for me. That would have meant more MONEY in his pocket. I am truly sickened by the notion that he would make his recommendation based on what HE needed and NOT what was best for me. He wanted the most money possible, NOT what was in my best interest. Once I get my partials later today, I plan on writing to Aspen Dental's corporate office & SHOWING them the outcome of a COMPASSIONATE dentist's course of action. I will also write as many reviews possible online in an effort to persuade people to AVOID Aspen Dental. Please for your own sake do NOT go to Aspen Dental.

Provided by YP.comrun away as fast as you can. dont let them touch your teeth! my sister went to them to get 3 teeth pulled. she paid in advance for the procedure. THEY PULLED AN EXTRA TOOTH BY MISTAKE AND ARE CHARGING HER FOR IT!!!! the botched job also resulted in a TERRIBLE infection which ended in a trip to the ER and several trips to urgent care dental. it has been a month and she STILL CANNOT OPEN HER MOUTH. i strongly suggest you find another dentist.
