I have taken 4 loads of things to this store, and they have always been very kind and pleasant and efficient. I trust them to price things reasonably, for the seller and the buyer. You can ask them to price the highest they can get, or price to sell. Depends how much you want to come back for.
Everything is well displayed, and there is way too much temptation for me to buy, when I am trying to sell. But some things are irresistible. As a shopper, you know it is totally new almost every 3 months.. so it is always fun to shop. Also, they are picky - it needs to be pretty defect free.. but that makes shopping great!.
Super easy to get paid... the check comes in the mail, and everything is accounted for. When I go to pick up, they give me a list of unsold items, and I am on my own to find them. But the store is organized well. And if they are available, the sales help has helped me locate things.
NOTE: When you drop off, take a photo of all things on the counter as they take them. Then you can compare your pics to your list when you go back to pick up. Makes it MUCH easier for you, and WAY EASIER for the staff if they try to help. Also note - you are responsible for loading and unloading - even furniture... so bring the help you need.
I have used the sister store in Amherst at least a dozen times. They are both quality establishments. Everyone at this Bedford store was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely horrible place. The staff are unfriendly and downright rude. I will NEVER go there again. The staff need a class (or two or three!) on customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

put several longerbaskets there for sale. was disappointed as they 'MISPLACED " or lost my baskets. staff really tried to find them to no avail. when i finally talked with owner she was not very pleasant, and told me i left them at my risk. i understand that but an apology would have been nice.she was so different than her nice staff members. i will not leave anything there ever again.they did sell a few of my baskets at the beginning, when i didn't hear from them in a few months i went there.
