Located in Bedford, N.H., McKelvie Middle School serves students in grades six through eight and offers various academic and extracurricular activities. The middle school is operated by the Bedford School District and offers a variety of academic courses, including language arts, social studies, mathematics, science, music, physical and health education, foreign languages, technology education, and family and consumer science. It provides a wide variety of sports programs, such as track and field, golf, baseball, basketball, field hockey, cross country, softball, football, soccer and volleyball. The middle school s media center has a collection of various books, dictionaries, reference materials, encyclopedias, magazines and newspapers. Additionally, it offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as yearbook, literary magazine, studio art, band, chorus, and robotic and math clubs.
