The phone system SUCKS! One website gives the fax. My first attempt today was a 7 min wait. Called back. Stupid system asks if you want VW or Subaru but every time you get the receptionist, s/he asks which one you want. Then the looooong wait again. Wanted to leave a message for the service rep and I swear the person who answered was literally and figuratively "out to lunch". This is NOT the first time getting through to service is a hassle. System or method needs to fixed. Quite spending all the money on the stupid, amateurish ads- fix your communication system!

This is the best experience I have had getting my car serviced. Everyone is so friendly, they gave me a car to use while they worked on it and did a great job fixing my check engine light in a short time. All I can say is WOW!
