Horrible experience!! I bought a used 2008 Honda Accord. They told me the card had no accident at all and showed me the car-fax. There are something suspicious when I looked at it and asked why there is a recall and I remember they told me it was a mistake buy Honda about the cover on the hood. One years later I moved to Florida and when I did my car service in one of the local dealers they told me there was a front accident for the car and suggest me to traded in. I was shocked to find out the truth and still could not understand how they can withhold the accident history and record for half year and more!! Please if there is someone that can help me with that... Really appreciated!!

Had the car deposited and financing check in hands...They sold the car to SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

our 2013 crosstour was that they would pay our last payment on our civic. after 3 weeks and calls and letters from Honda saying we were late on our last payment, I called jay. jay Honda then lied to us saying they didn't promise to make the last payment. we didn't get it in writing. our mistake. after many calls back and forth, they said they would pay $200 of the payment. after contacting Honda finance, jay only paid $100.. bottom

line is if you deal with jay Honda get everything in writing. I will never go back there again. will deal with another Honda dealer for service and leasing our next Honda, as we love Hondas...

Jay Honda is the best Honda dealership in the area. Great sales team, great managers, and a fantastic finance department. Everyone is professional, fast, and attentive. They also have a great selection of inventory and go out of the way to make their customers happy. I've purchased two vehicles from them and referred many people to them.
