I totally agree that Stone Works is a horrible company to work with. Had countertops installed in March and are still waiting for them to repair a backsplash. Twice I had an appt. for them to come and repair and they never showed up nor did they bother to call to say they wern't coming. They have the worst customer service, excuses galore and idle promises. We were in the office yesterday and big promises were made and not fulfilled. Think carefully before dealing with this company. I will never again do business with them nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Horrible company to deal with. Working since April with this company and are STILL waiting for countertop to be installed. Worst decision we ever made giving them our business. It is the smallest kitchen yet they have broken the countertop or backsplash 3 times, installed portions of it improperly so it is not level, and the list goes on. They have been out at least 4 times and made the situation worse each time. We have heard every excuse possible. We have physically gone to the office trying to resolve this but they won't deal with it. They have only tried to placate us until we go away. At this point I have little faith that there will ever be a usable countertop installed by them. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have installed granite in several homes before.
