The carriers who works out of this branch are not knowledgeable they can't seem to find the right address that is stamped on packages to get them delivered, they keep lossing packages, and forget about ever getting them!! Just lost or delivered to wrong address, and the other people do not give them back! I file a claim over a year ago and no results even had insurance I never got anything no money no package just lost! Pissed!!

Tried to find out if a package for my company was sent off. The lady that helped me was so rude and did not listen to what I was telling her. Asked for her name again at the end of the call and she hung up on me. I understand they may be busy but that's no excuse to be so rude. Why have the phone number available for contact if you get no help?
