Dr. Gifford is kind, honest, and very professional. I have no idea where the review below came from but it is totally inaccurate.



Dr. Gifford therapy style is goal oriented. Meaning that you tell her the areas that you would like to work on/improve and she guides you to the completion on those tasks.

Dr. Gifford is controlling and appears angry very often towards her patients. (i was referred by a former patient and we have both quit seeing her because of her own issues which she does not hold in check while with a patient. I heard her staff laughing about some of the patient's problems and was appalled. If I heard something about someone else, what does someone else hear about me?? She is not very friendly overall and she TELLS you what you should do instead of listening to you and guiding you. All in all, she should retire and take up knitting, that way she won't be interacting with people who are already emotional traumatized. I have no faith in her whatsoever.
