To Natasha G. 5/13/15. Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased to let you know that we have a solution to your timing problem. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoon/evening, you are now able to cross over the shifts. This adjustment has been made because we care that customers such as yourself have experienced this inconvenience. Regarding the other, it sounds as though there was an issue with the telephone system, which we do experience from time to time. they are the rudest company ever. The girl told me she couldn't do a 3pm appointment and asked me to come in at 5 I told her why it was too late and she said well the mornings group leaves at 5 and the new group doesn't come in until 5:30 which was why she couldn't do a 3 and I said than why would you bring me in at 5 if no one is there she said I said 5:30 you aren't listening all the while having an immature high school tone than says she will get the manager made me wait ten minutes and than they picked the phone up and hung up so I called back 4 times as they kept sending me to voicemail than finally a guy answered and said that he said hello and I didn't respond which is why he hung up and for me to quit talking I said you did not say hello you just hung it up because I heard the hold music go off and than the click of the phone he said can you just stop talking and move passed it ??? That is an awful place to recommend! I just thought you should know
