Provided by YP.comI have been with the owner, Jen, for many years. I started with her at another salon, followed her when she made a move, and then was one of her first customers when she opened her own salon. her journey has been incredible, and you should get to know her. I go to her, my daughter goes to her, my husband goes to her, my 92 year old mother goes to her and we would not change. Her employees are bi-lingual, they are pleasant and communicative. The manner in which they all give pedicures is amazing. The leg and foot massage at the end is worth twice what they charge. My husband had knee surgery, could not bend to cut his toenails, and I talked him into going to Jen's. Now he's the one asking when I am going to make the next appointment. They are well versed in all types of manicures and stay current with all the new trends. In fact they can add decorations to your nails with hand drawn work that is amazing to watch them do.....Tiny brush, tiny drawing, beautiful results. I do strongly suggest you make appointments. What better way to assure you will have your time to be pampered and treated like royalty. When you "walk-in" and cannot be helped right at that moment, you are missing a great opportunity to find the very salon you have been looking for all along. You can walk in anywhere and take what you get, or you can go to Jen's Nail Spa and get all that you wanted and then some.

Provided by YP.comI will never be going here again. I have gone here about 4 times and this last time was the final straw. I have a fungal infection on my toes. Not one nail but both feet! The second to last time when I went to get a pedicure, the lady noticed half of my nail was black/purpleish (I thought, it was a bruise). It looked like a bruise, and assumed I hit my nail on something but couldn't remember. I did not pay attention since I assumed it was just a bruised. Until, I noticed it was not going away, I went to the doctor. I now have to take medicine to clear this and stuck with ugly nails. Once I am able to get my nails done, I will be going back to my regular spot. So disappointed with this place. Only reason, I went here was that it was down the street from my house. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Provided by YPmobileDO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I did and now I have a fungal infection on my fingernail! It will take six months to cure this and have my nail back to normal. To top everything Jen blamed me, told me I had it the first time I came in (I did not)
and told me it wasn't a fungal infection.
My question is why did she give me free a product to cure a fungal infection?
I would rate this place a zero if I could!
I am sorry to read this unfortunate review about my salon. As in many disputes, my version of what happened--and when--with this customer is a bit different than what was detailed here. Nonetheless, as a good will gesture, we did offer to pay for any medication or doctor's bills that she may have incurred if she simply brought receipts for such to me. She chose not to do that. We are sorry she is unhappy with our resolution, we only wish her well.
