It was a good doctor's visit

She couldn’t be sure what my problem is with me leg pain. Already had blood work scheduled for next day. I am praying that will show what might be wrong. I am seeing Dr O Wednesday

It was good, because make me feel confident

I was scared about entering healthcare again after my car accident 5 years ago. She treated me like a human being with respect and dignity. She went above and beyond for me and she made it look easy. She really does care for her patients and her profession. She listened to every word I said. Even my mothers haha! :)

Dr. Chavez has always been very attentive and present when I have seen her. She doesn't just hear the words, she really listens to what I'm saying and I appreciate that. When she hears that I have a lot going in on my world and sees how it's affecting me, she recommends for me to talk to a counselor. So I can tell that she is paying attention. I don't feel like I'm on a conveyor belt going past her just having medicine thrown at me. I want a doctor that works WITH me and I feel she does.

All of the five stars I gave above says a lot but Dr. Chavez takes the necessary time to discuss all of your concerns and explains things in a very clear way. She always follows up and does exactly what she says she’s going to do. I highly recommend her!!

Dr. Chavez is always very attentive and doesn't make me feel rushed. I have always been able to have a real conversation with her about what's going on with me and I feel like she is truly concerned about making the best decision for my health and making me part of that decision, as well. I trust her.

Dr. Chavez has a great bedside manner, willing to take all the time needed to get to the root of a problem and so easy to understand and communicate with. She follows up and always does what she says she is going to do so no need to try to track her down. I highly recommend her for your primary care physician.

Magdalena was very engaged, listened to all my concerns, and gave helpful advice. She was especially helpful to me in understanding the implications of my newer diabetes diagnosis. All my questions were answered and I received follow up today on my test results with clear instructions on what to do. The only thing I did not receive was details on which specific food allergies I have.
