My wife returned home to find ants (later identified as odorous house ants) trecking through the kitchen. She called about a half dozen advertisers, but they were either unable to send anyone out (it was about 3PM on a Thursday), or they didn't bother to answer their phone (or call back when a message was left). Myers was the exception. They promised that someone would be out that day and delivered. Donald, the very professional technician, identified the pests and enacted a battle plan. A week later, the ants are no longer in the house, but we are assured that several more treatments are necessary (included in the initial service call). We went ahead and signed up for an annual contract.

A message to any business owners: Return your calls quickly and be careful not to overbook your day, but above all else, customer service is king.
