It's really a nice feeling to know that even though you can't be with your children every day you get to participate in activities with them at home and after hours! I know my son is having a great day EVERYDAY!

This school has some great teachers, but for the cost of the school, many things are lacking. For example, the student-teacher ratios are based purely on profit. While the ratios are acceptable according to the State, they are not acceptable according to experts. Having huge classes with few teachers results in chaos in the classrooms with younger children. Several of the teachers are unable to handle this and frequently blow up at the children or lose their patience.



Another problem with this school is that they are unable to think outside the box with respect to discipline. Instead of thinking of solutions to classroom problems, they contact parents and expect the parents to be able to fix the problems. The reason I sent my child to the most expensive daycare in the area is I thought they would be experts in teaching small children; I certainly am not.



Compared with cheap daycares, Primrose of Bedford is awesome. But it isn't cheap. It is as expensive as the most cutting-edge schools downtown. Therefore, it should be better than it is.

I enrolled my daughter with Primrose school in Bedford in May 2010. It was the best thing I ever did. I immediately noticed a difference in my daughter. She could say the Pledge of Allegiance and she brought home completed project work. Also, my daughter came home talking about Martin Luther King Day which was impressive. This was evidence of all the teaching they do all day. I absolutely love the teacher. I almost feel like I’m dropping her off with a 2nd mom. I feel confident Primrose is preparing my daughter for Pre Kindergarten and it is evident in the completed work she brings home. I really appreciate the discussions the class has with each passing life event. I was also impressed with the Thanksgiving and Christmas lunch prepared for the parents to join the students. My husband and I appreciated having the opportunity to share that moment with our daughter and her classmates.
