Just called to ask in they had any gaming mice in the store and was told a flat out "No we do not." and they hung up!? Major training needed here folks...looks like not much has changed since 2011! They could have suggested online ordering with ship to store or my home--or check another store in the area (I see them online but didn't get a change to ask about it). Nope. Just quick to get off the phone and rude for someone dealing with the public. Sorry RS - you are a local business but with service like that I just can't support you!
