Provided by YP.comThis is the worse company I have every death with. I contact Resume Plus to receive information regarding their number of years of experience before making a decision. She assured me that she had being doing this for several years. I proceed to get a quote. She gave me a quote for $79.95. I explained a little detail about my son. She mentions that she needs to get more information from him. She asks me to call back because she was taking care of some personal things for her husband. The next day I call back & she spoke with my son. After speaking with my son she asked for payment information. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable giving payment until the work was completed. She instructed me that she wouldn’t process payment until service was completed. Mrs. Allison/Resume Plus was deceitful about when she would process payment. Payment was process immediately. Payment was completed before I saw the first draft. After reviewing document, I realized that the mistakes that were made are not something a professional resume designer would do. I found typos, miss punctuation & incorrect grammar usage. I also consulted with a Human Resources representative. The feedback that I received was the resume was poorly written. It gave them the indication that the person that created this resume was inexperience or just fails to review the document. Since Mr. Allison had already process payment I asked her for a refund by email. She didn’t respond. I contact her later by phone. I announce my name and from that moment she proceeded to be rude & unprofessional. Mrs. Allison comment to me was (I have the nerve to call her work unprofessional). She stated that she had created resumes for highly skilled government employees before and that my view of her work was insulting. She continued to state that she will not be issuing a refund for any reason. I ask her again and she repeated the same quote in a rude & loud manner that my co-worker could hear her through the phone. I proceed to tell her that if she didn’t issue a refund I would contact BBB so no one else will every have to experience this type of behavioral from a business owner. She told me to do whatever I have to do because either way she will not be issuing a refund. The unprofessional behavior didn’t stop there. I file a complaint with the BBB. Her response was in writing with all of my credit card information attached. It was very unethical for Resume Plus/Mrs. Allison to disclose my entire credit card information when it wasn’t necessary or asked for. Mrs. Allison listed my credit card number, expiration date, security code, billing address & telephone #. She has willing put my identity at risk. Also from her actions to disclose my personal credit card information to BBB I had to cancel my credit card account to protect myself from identity theft. Per legal advice I have taking steps to protect my identity.
