I have never tried shipleys before, and one morning I decided to because of their convenient drive-thru. Boy did I make a mistake. $10 later, not one thing on my order was right. I asked for 6 regular kolaches, a dozen donut holes, a buttermilk donut and chocolate filled donut. What I got was 6 jalapeño kolaches with cheese, 6 donut holes, a regular glazed donut and a lemon creme filled donut. All WRONG WRONG WRONG. Unfortunately I didn't check the bags until I got home (sorry, didn't think such a small order would have been messed up) so I opted out of driving all the way back over there at 6 in the morning. Don't even bother going, there's a great donut shop right down the street that doesn't mess up such a simple order.

Great donuts and a great community supporter. Helping out by donating a breakfast for one of the days of our book sale at the end of March (Bedford Library Friends). Offered to allow us to put a donation box in his store and gave several other great ideas.

No thanks, I am new to Shipley's Donuts and decided to try this place when they first opened. They got my order wrong, I ordered a kolache with no cheese and the cashier gave me one with cheese. When I told her the mistake, she did not attempt to rectify the situation. She didn't even apologize. She just lied and said they didn't have any plain kolache's.



Customer service is poor and I will never revisit this or any other Shipley's Donuts anywhere. I will continue to give my own honest and personal opinions and reviews about Shipley's Donuts to anyone who asks. STAY AWAY! There are plenty of donut places with decent service.
