I too have been going to T-Nails for many years. I have never had bad service from any of the techs. I have taken friends to this shop and they were pleased with the service they received. Natalie, the owner, is extremely nice and would do anything to ensure that her customers are well taken care of and pleased with their service.

I have been going to this place for a while. My nails are always ok. But lately the service has been awful! Last week, I went to the salon to get my eyebrows waxed. I was ok with the results. I was in a little rush because I had to get to work. I noticed that the sting of the wax lasted for hours. THe entire time I was at work I was in a mild pain. When I arrived home I found scars on my eyes... LOng story short. Natalie burned my lids with hot wax! I went back to get a refund and ask her what to do because this never happened to me. At first I thought it was a allergic reaction! THe guy was rude. He told me if he would had been there earlier that day I would had NOT received a refund!!!!! HOT MESS! I will not return! I wish I could post the pics of the damages. DO NOT GO TO THIS HELL HOLE!
