Elvera made selling really painless and easy, and helped us find a new home that's a perfect fit for our family! We're very happy with how things worked out for us, and would recommend her to anyone.

* When we requested walkthroughs at very short notice and Elvera did have a scheduling conflict, she always had other team members available.
* Elvera took the time to walk us through each line of the sales and purchase contracts, so we felt we understood each paragraph and felt confident in requesting changes.
* Elvera walked us through putting in an offer on a house that we knew would _not_ be accepted (although we would have been happy to have it accepted!), to "get our feet wet" and feel confident in subsequent offers.
