Total RIP off they sold my 88 year old mother a dead battery a refused to replace or refund her money and she is not the only one I have heard about being cheated by these crooks who prey on the elderly they belong in jail

Went into Advance Auto Parts in Bedford today for new wind shield wipers & was provided with excellent service by a young gentlemen named Evan. He was knowledgeable & made sure that I got the best wipers for my car. He stopped what he was doing in the middle of a hectic time & put my wipers on for me!!! I definitlaey recommend going here!!!

Other than the exceptional customer service provided by Janine (Sales Woman) and the store manager,the quality of some of the remanufactured parts that this chain provides are definitely below required standards.

Typically some of these Rmanufactured parts fail and out of the box appear as though they were literally just removed from the vehicle it was used on prior. Just be sure to inspect the parts before you take them home.
