My worst rental experience in my life. The apts are nice, their manager Karen must be related to a owner. She is just plain rude. She has no management experience that could have been successful. She doesn't know how or care how she talks to people including children. I know kids that won't even check their mail because they are scared of her. This is by no means an isolated incident. So the owners have to know. I have moved but all the other agencies have already heard about her.

I Love crestwood and the manger there.. I have been there for almost 4 years never had a issue of any kind... The ppl there are extremely sweet and always speak to my kids and my self. Just hate there was nothing positive on here and thought I would share my thoughts and experience.

I agree with bewildered! She came banging on my daughter's door accusing her of smoking pot, then she figured out it was someone burning Leaves! Then after she moved, she told two different tenants that she thought she smoked crack and was going to get the walls tested..Make up your mind, you loved her when she was paying her rent months in advance!! She ought to sue the holding company for Slander!!!!!!!! Pitiful! lots of other stories, but yes, her boyfriend who was a tenant could do no wrong!

Karen is very rude and demeaning if you are a woman. If you are male then you will have no problems being treated with respect and friendliness. She has no clue how to be professional and it amazes me how she retains her job. She plays favoratisms and rules change for the ones that she likes (male). Myabe if she reads this she will have more tact and professionalism....but I doubt it.
