Provided by YP.comHad several issues with the billing aspect of this business. Follow up with your insurance yourself. Do not rely on the information they tell you they do. My mistake was believing them when they said they verified benefits with insurance company when they were not verified until months after I was receiving services. I constantly was asking about my insurance and payments and was told incorrectly each time.
