I've lived in this complex for 4 years, any maintenance work I've needed to be completed was completed promptly. My neighbors are clean, quiet and nice. I've never had problems with the manager and I always see her working around the complex and available when I need assistance. Although I pay my rent on time and have had no complaints that I know of to cause any problems with maintenance or staff. I really enjoy living here and plan to stay until I purchase a home. Amber

OFFICE MANAGMENT IS RUDE, HATEFUL, AND VERY UNORGANIZED. THE APARTMENTS ITSELF WOULD BE WONDERFUL TO LIVE IN IF THE OFFICE MANAGER DID NOT SEND OUT UNPROFESSIONAL FLYERS TO THE RESIDENTS AND COULD ACTUALLY GET WORK ORDERS COMPLETED. IF SHE IS NOT REPLACED SOON, THEY WILL LOSE A LOT OF TENANTS,

This complex is absolutely awful! Do NOT think about moving here. They will try to raise prices after the signing of your lease. I had 2 children living there and they tried to kick us out for noise complaints. There is almost no insulation between floors so everything is heard. The manager and maintenance staff is incredibly lazy and extremely unorganized. Worst living experience of my life.
