Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He allowed me to look around without pestering me but was available to answer any questions I had. Acknowledged me by name, made sure I was comfortable, and satisfied. I purchased a car that same day. The salesman also did a follow-up call. Excellent service. I love my car and am enjoying it.I would definitely recommend them to others.

SLEAZY! We saw a car listed online and made an appointment with a salesman to see it the next day, prepared to buy it on the spot. We called as we were leaving to confirm that the car had not been sold and say we were on our way, since we had to drive 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. When we got to Bob Richards Toyota, our salesman said, "You won't believe this - we already sold the car over an hour ago." So, they sold it right after we got off the phone with him, apparently. He knew how far we had to travel, and that we wanted to see that one specific car, but he couldn't be bothered to be a decent person and let us know it was gone. He wanted a back-up customer in case the first sale didn't go through. He cost us a whole day of work, a lot of gas, and a ton of frustration, and he made no effort to apologize or make it up to us. Acted like it was nothing. These guys only care about the bottom line and are the WORST type of car salesmen around! We bought a car somewhere else, somewhere better, the next day.
