Larry from Lincoln Way Glass and Mirror came to my house for a broken window. He took measurements and said he had to order the glass. He said I needed to pay for the glass ahead of time and he'd call me when it came in. When he came to install the new glass, he spent about 20 minutes working on the window before telling me he couldn't figure out how to take my window apart. I found another company on-line who's owner agreed to try and talk Larry through it. After a little while,Larry decided he couldn't do the job. The owner of the other company agreed to come and look at the window and agreed to use the glass Larry ordered it possible. The other company came out and contacted the manufacturer while at my house to determine exactly what was needed to fix the window.It was determined that Larry's measurements were wrong and the glass he ordered could not be used. I explained this to Larry and asked about returning the glass.Larry said his measurements were not wrong and the glass would work. I asked to return the glass and Larry said that it is not returnable. So I'm out $150 for the wrong size glass that Larry ordered for a window he doesn't know how to work on. I would suggest people look elsewhere for window repair. It appears that Larry doesn't care about making things right when a customer gets screwed because of Larry's mistake

This company is great all around I had a windshield installed and a week later I had a car crash thru a store front in my bussiness they had it fixed with in a few days with any problems. Great work .

I called them for a window replacement , they came out and measured it and with in five days they installed it.I have had work done by others but Midwest Out Standing Worhmenship.
