I was very pleased with this office. They had my insurance breakdown ready when I got there. The hygienist did an excellent job at explaining the proper homecare that I thought I already knew. They have new up to date technology, digital x-rays & videos to show you on any type of treatment you would like to learn more about. The chair I was in also massages if you would like, which was very relaxing! The staff was very friendly & really makes you feel at home. Before I left, the insurance girl went over my next treatment plan & showed me what amount my insurance would pay & what my cost would be. I will definately make this my dental home!

Unfortunately, they dont follow up with your insurance and you end up paying alot out of pocket. You go there for an appointment and are shocked when you check out that your insurance doesnt cover and you end up with cost you are not prepared for. I have great insurance with Blue Cross Blue Shield and I still had to pay. I had consulted with the insurance clerk and she does not do her job. She hem haws through it . You need to get everything in writting. I would like the dentist but she needs staff that follows through. Be careful!
