I needed to get my 3yr old sons hair cut so I went here for the first time and I have a mixed opinion. The atmosphere is nice with beautiful decor, comfortable waiting area and is clean. The person who answer the phone and made the appointment was profession and kind. When we arrived the person who greeted us also was professional and asked us to wait kindly in the reception area. At first everything was going good but then the time went on and on and we waited over an hour for someone to finally respond to us again. The lady came over and did not look happy at all and I almost turned around and walked out as she did not seem to want to cut my son's hair. Instead I remained calm and so did my son who was doing his best to behave. She did cut his hair good and I was pleased with the job. I did have to tell her the price that was qouted as she tried to charge me too much. In the end I did enjoy the place but next time I will have to try a different person.
