It should be named F&S Used and damaged Furniture! I think they are only available when they see easy prey. Frank delivered to me a damaged recliner, I pointed to material that was pulled out from the recliner lever, he blamed the shippers. Why not repair it before it is delivered? I asked him to repair it, said he couldn't without the proper tool. I had to call for 2 weeks before he finally and with avery poor attitude came and stuffed the cloth back into place. It came out right away. Shame on you Frank. This being the first time I ever bought a recliner, I didn't notice right away that there were no tags whatsoever on the recliner. Which means it was not new, I should have taken pics right then, for my credit card company. I would have received a full refund, and Frank could deal with picking up his used and paying back the credit card company for damaged and used recliner. He also sold me 2 table lamps, delivered them with hardware that would not hold the shade on the lamp, and promised that the proper hardware would be delivered later that week. That also didn't happen, the knob was metal and came off the lamp and broke to pieces the special cut glass on my tabletop. He didn't replace the hardware, just kept telling me that it was on the way, and also didn't feel any reason he should replace or offer to replace the broken glass top. So when I finally had to take them back after waiting for a month, I walk into store and says(oh, they just came in). It was too late for me. Shame on you again, Frank. I rate this store and customer with no stars. Shame on me for trusting them.
