Provided by YPmobileMy 86 y/o mother bought a new GE washing machine. She paid for delivery & set up. She was instructed to disconnect the hoses herself. Upon leaving the office migration gave no instructions on the different options avlble and just threw the booklet on a nearby bed. Shame on you!
