I have experienced both doing my laundry there and having them wash my stuff. Overall the experience has been positive as the place is the cleanest laundry facility in town. I have never had any issues while doing laundry there myself, quite different story though when they do your laundry. First of all you are paying for a service so you expect a certain kind of care for your clothes; they dont always do this. You have to give complete instructions to do your laundry the right way and I'm talking about normal common sense things. I have tried several times to explain to them what I need, but the only person who cares is the owner and she is not always there. Many of the girls just ignore your wishes and do whatever they want anyway nor do they even want to hear what you have to say. Also, there is one girl who works there who really does not enjoy her job nor should she even be there. She is very rude to everyone and I mean everyone and has a look on her face like she is being forced to work. Someone told me she might be the owner's daughter. The times I have gotten my laundry back handled nicely is when I know that the owner or someone else who cares about their work does it. It's ashame that this place can't have a "consistant" decent wash/fold service as everything else there is nice.

Very clean and they have ac and tv's very nice people. I'm new to beeville and this was the nicest laundry mat I have seen. Thanks
