This funeral home disregards the next of kin of the deceased. Their regard is for whom ever's name might be on their agreement, per Jason, the owner.. Although their employee, Gerald, committed to sending the death certificate to the deceased's son, he failed to do so. Instead, he gave them, as well as the guest book to the sisters of the deceased. This is not how funeral homes in my area operate.
