The company continues to act incompetently in providing advice to board members. I reluctantly bought into a development that had an HOA several years ago. This company provides management services to this HOA. As soon as I can I will sell and move out as a result of the continual harassment of the board supported by property management company. Selective enforcement of bylaws, no published architectural guidlines exists whatsoever, inability to keep bylaw documentation current and up to date, inability to make routine repairs in a timely manner, loses payments and the files lawsuits vice correcting the problem, turns a blind eye to board member violations including fences that have not been maintained and plywood shed built in front yards, awards contracts to board members in clear violation of the bylaws, does not properly bid contracts as required under the law, does not have its books audited as required by the bylaws, and the list goes on and on. The board in question needs to be investigated and whole operation dissolved as it provides no value to homeowners in the community. APS is the main source of its behavior and runs the board as if it owns the HOA. The board of directors sits blindly by and allows this to continue.

worst company I have ever dealt with. Provides bad guidance to board members, makes false statements, puts the board ahead of homeowners. Cant figure out basic technology like email, putting up signs, cleaning signs, and the like
