Was recommended here for a major surgery for my dog. Each time I reached out to staff the different doctors I spoke with seemed to have no idea what dog we were talking about and offered little reason to believe they’d even read the file yet. I figured with the nature of the place, being a 24hr ER, they just had a lot going on. After taking a sample (which was paid for) and sending out for testing, the doctors neglected to reach out again. Never did learn what the outcome or results of that testing were. Fast forward to making the final decision for my poor dog one night due to related health issues, the doctor is nice enough but oddly patronizing and at one point is unsure if my dog is still alive or not. Sort of the worst thing a doctor could communicate in that scenario. Every experience was off, poor communication being the largest issue. Not a bad place overall, but I wouldn’t take another pet unless I had to.
