I've been going there for many years. They do a great job! I've had some difficult dresses to alter and they all came back perfect. For people that think it's easy or inexpensive to alter store bought clothing, it's not always. It all depends on what needs to be done and the difficulty of the job. That's why there aren't that many places to go, and Bel Air Alterations know what they are doing.

FINALLY a tailor shop that actually knows what they are doing! I have a beautiful ecpensive gown that i wsnted to wear for a special event. After going to several places and no one wanting to attempt his cballenge, a friend of mine suggested this shop. She has been going there for years. I took my dress there, received excellent service and my gown finished in no time! A PERFECT fit!!! So glad I found this place!

Horrible experience. Will never be back to this shop. Seamstress did not know what she was doing. Owner is rude and unprofessional. Stay away.

his shop is AWFUL!!! They weren't able to hem my prom dress correctly (the back was way shorter than the front) and when we tried to ask for a refund, they refused to grant it to us. The ladies were extremely rude and refused to answer any of my or my mom's questions. When we went back in for a second time, all of the original tulle had been taken out of the skirt. They also refused to give us back the tulle. I would not recommend this shop at all. It was my dream dress but now they've ruined it.

Horrible!!

I went to get my prom dress hemmed expecting it to be around $80 since it had 5 layers. After pinning my dress (and stabbing my foot with the pin), she asked if I could put a $100 deposit down then I asked how much it would cost and she responded with "I don't know". I told her I couldn't spend that much money and she said I had to pay $15 because she pinned the dress. While I went to get my wallet out of my car she took the pin out. So I had to pay for her to stab my foot and then take out the pin. Do not go here! Horrible service so glad I went somewhere else!
