This place is horrible, stay away!

Rent is different with different customer. If you move without checking website price, they will charge you different high price. I was there one year they never mail me and never contact me.

Be careful inform the lease house before 3 month to move out unless you will be charge double rent. They will not excuse you even a week late. And one more thing this apartment house when I move there, the road was worse look like this apartment house is in remote village.

I love the landscaping and the management, is super responsive. If you don't like something, call them and they'll do their best to fix it immediately. The prices are very reasonable and the square footage is generous. My only one complaint is that my neighbors smoke in the secure hallway and that ruins it for me because the smoke lingers on and clings to my clothes.
